MSD Emergency Repair Work at the Pond
You may have noticed crews from the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) working at the pond off Central Parkway this week.
We have been in contact with MSD Engineering and were informed that this is an emergency repair involving the storm drain/sewer infrastructure located near the pond. According to MSD, crews are installing new pipe as part of the repair process.
At this time, MSD has not provided an estimated completion date. We will continue to monitor the project and share updates with residents as additional information becomes available.

We are located in North St. Louis County, the Hazelwood School District. Our subdivision is made-up of more than 900 homes with a diverse population. We are next to Sunset Park with a great walking trail and breath taking view of the Missouri River.

On the 1st Monday of even months, the Pleasant Hollow Home Owner’s Association will conduct a monthly meeting at 7:00pm open to the public via ZOOM. The calendar will display all upcoming PHHOA events.
