HOUSE & ASSOCIATES LLC IS NOW HANDLING ALL ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS AND INQUIRIES.
Check and On-Line Bill Pay
Owners may pay their fees by writing a traditional check or by using their bank’s online bill pay feature. All payments must be made payable to the Association, include your account number on your check and mail to the Community Association Bank lockbox at the following address:

Your 2026 assessment is $170.00.
Payment is due by January 31, 2026.
If you would like to pay online by e-check ($2.50 processing fee) or credit card (processing fees apply), please login to the Owner Portal at portal.houseassoc.com to submit your payment. If you do not have login credentials, please contact Mary at mhouse@houseassoc.com.
If you would like to set up a monthly payment plan, please complete the ACH (Automatic Debit) form available on the House Portal and return it to House & Associates LLC. Automatic monthly payments can be established at no additional charge.
